Booking & payment Policy
Your appointment is joyfully anticipated and artfully prepared! Please provide us with 48-hour notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment(s), in the event of late cancellation notice or no notice at all the full amount will be retained. regardless of the circumstances, (including covid) When 48 hours canceling notice is given , your refund will reflect the transaction processing fee. To avoid the late cancellation fee please be mindful of your schedule when booking an appointment
New clients Full payment is required upon booking. If we receive a first-time booking without payment, an invoice will be generated and sent to the email provided, the invoice must be paid in full 48 hrs prior to your appointment. if payment is not received your appointment will be canceled. Future appointments will not be accepted for clients with unpaid invoices. Cash payments are welcome and accepted after your initial appointment
No refund will be issued after the service is provided.
Current clients If you prefer to pay cash at the time of your appointment, please select the pay-in-person option. Otherwise, if you are using a card as a form of payment please submit payment upon booking. We do not process card payments in person
We require that all clients sign an informed consent for treatment and a precautionary safety screening for COVID-19. this forms will be attached to your booking confirmation email please submit all the required forms prior to your appointment
