 Booking & payment Policy

Your appointment is joyfully anticipated and artfully prepared! Please provide us with 48-hour notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment(s), in the event of late cancellation notice or no notice at all the full amount will be retained. regardless of the circumstances, (including covid) When 48 hours canceling notice is given , your refund will reflect the transaction processing fee. To avoid the late cancellation fee please be mindful of your schedule when booking an appointment
 

 New clients A consultation and Full payment is required prior to requesting any session. (Please note that the consultation fee is non refundable ) a booking request will be declined if you have not previous attended a consultation or have not include one in your booking request for a session, when a booking has being accepted an invoice will be generated and sent to the email provided, the invoice must be paid in full 48 hrs. prior to your appointment. if payment is not received your appointment will be canceled. Future appointments will not be accepted for clients with unpaid invoices. Cash payments are welcome and accepted after your initial appointment

No refund will be issued after the service is provided.
 

Current clients are welcome to pay cash in person at the time of  the appointment,

Otherwise, if you are using a card as a form of payment please submit payment upon booking. We do not process card payments in person

Intake forms

We require that all clients sign an informed consent for treatment and a precautionary safety screening for COVID-19.  this forms will be attached to your booking confirmation email please submit all the required forms prior to your appointment
